How we work

How do you verify a hotel’s jacuzzi is actually in the room?

We check with each property that the jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool sits inside that exact room or on its private terrace, for the occupants only, before the suite goes on the site. We confirm it against the room type and the property’s own photos, and we never list a suite where the only water feature is a shared spa or communal pool.

It is the one promise the whole site rests on, so we are strict about it. A listing only goes up once we are satisfied the water feature belongs to the room rather than the building. That rules out a lot of hotels that advertise a hot tub but mean a communal spa, and it is why our list is shorter and more useful than a raw search.

Verification is never paid-for. A property cannot buy its way onto the site or up the rankings, and we earn a commission only when you book through a partner, at no extra cost to you.

No. Listing and verification are never paid-for. We earn a commission only when you book through a partner, at no extra cost to you, and it never affects how we rank a hotel.
