We list 163 hand-verified hotels in Italy with a private in-room jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool. The settings do the heavy lifting here: a tub on a Positano terrace with the bay dropping away below, a rooftop soak over Florence's red roofs, a lakeside room on Garda or Como. Italy spreads its water-feature suites from the Amalfi cliffs to the northern lakes and the Sicilian coast, so the trip you build depends on the view you're after. In-room only, never a communal spa, no booking fee from us.

Questions, answered
Where in Italy has the best private tub suites?+
The Amalfi Coast (Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento) for sea-cliff drama, the northern lakes (Como, Garda/Sirmione) for still water and mountains, and Florence or Rome for a rooftop soak over the city. Taormina adds Etna and the Ionian on the Sicilian side.
Is a hot tub suite in Italy good outside summer?+
Yes. Spring and early autumn are lovely on the coast and the lakes, with warm afternoons and quieter towns. The lake suites in particular hold up well into October.
Do you charge a booking fee on Italian hotels?+
No. You book on the partner site at their standard all-in price, and Upgrade Suites never adds a fee. We may earn a commission from the partner, which never changes how we rank a hotel.
