Our promise
How we verify every suite
The whole point of Upgrade Suites is that the tub is genuinely in your room. That only works if we check — properly. Here is exactly how.
1
We start from the room, not the hotel
A hotel having a spa is not enough. We only care whether a private jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool is inside a specific bookable room or its private terrace.
2
We read the actual room types
For every property we check the real room names, descriptions and facilities in multiple languages — so a "Suite with Whirlpool" or "Chambre avec balnéo" is caught, not missed.
3
We classify the water feature
Each candidate room is classified by what it has (jacuzzi, hot tub, plunge pool or pool) and where it is (bathroom, bedroom, balcony or terrace), and whether it is private to that room.
4
A human checks the close calls
Anything ambiguous — or any featured suite — gets a human review against the photos before it can carry our “Verified in-room” badge.
5
We keep it honest
Prices are shown all-in, we never add a booking fee, and we never invent scarcity. If a listing falls out of date, we re-check or remove it.

Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we'll re-check it. Accuracy is the only thing that makes a directory like this worth using.
Questions, answered
What does the "Verified in-room" badge mean?+
It means we have confirmed that the jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool is inside that specific room or its private terrace — for your exclusive use — not a communal spa shared with other guests.
Do you ever list shared spas?+
No. If the only water feature is a communal pool, spa or wellness area, the hotel does not appear on Upgrade Suites.
How do I make sure I book the right room?+
On the partner site, choose the room type that names a jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool — booking a standard room at a verified hotel will not include the tub.
