What Upgrade Suites is
Upgrade Suites is a free directory and price-comparison site for hotels with a private in-room jacuzzi, hot tub or plunge pool, operated from Malmö, Sweden. We are not a travel agent: we don’t take bookings or payments. When you’re ready to book, you’re sent to a third-party partner (such as Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com), and your booking is a contract between you and that partner under their terms.
Accuracy of information
We hand-verify that listed suites have an in-room (or private-terrace) water feature, and we use licensed data feeds for the rest. Even so, details (prices, availability, room types, amenities) can change at any time. Prices shown here are indicative; always confirm the live price and exact room on the partner’s site before booking. We don’t guarantee that every listing is error-free, and we’re grateful when you flag anything that’s out of date.
How we’re paid
We may earn a commission from a partner when you book after clicking through, at no extra cost to you. This never changes our verification, our ranking, or your price. See How we rank & make money.
Intellectual property
The Upgrade Suites name, design and original content are ours. Hotel images and descriptive data are provided via our licensed partners and remain the property of their respective owners. “Jacuzzi” is used generically to describe jetted/whirlpool tubs and does not imply any affiliation with Jacuzzi Inc.
Acceptable use
Please don’t scrape, copy or republish our content at scale, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Liability
Upgrade Suites is provided “as is”. We’re not responsible for the partner sites we link to, for your bookings or stays, or for losses arising from reliance on indicative information. Your booking and stay are governed by the partner’s and the hotel’s terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
