Dubrovnik Old Town Apartments
Dubrovnik, Croatia · ★ 4.3 Exceptional B.Booking.com 8.6
Steam rising from your private hot tub as the Adriatic spreads below and the old town glows across the water.
There's a particular quiet that comes when you're alone in hot water with a view like this. At Dubrovnik Old Town Apartments, you'll find a private in-room hot tub in Dubrovnik tucked into the bathroom of the Penthouse With View and the Apartment With Terrace, both positioned to catch the sea and the terracotta roofs of the old town beyond. The water's warm, the jets work hard, and the view doesn't quit. It's the kind of place where you sink in at dusk and don't move until the light changes twice. Guests rate it 8.6 out of 10, and that's the honest sort of score that comes from real comfort without pretension.

Questions, answered
Is the hot tub on a terrace or inside the room?+
It's in the bathroom, so you've got privacy and warmth without weather. Some suites open onto terraces with their own views, but the tub itself is indoors.
Can you see the old town and sea from the hot tub?+
Yes. The views across to Dubrovnik's walls and the Adriatic are a big part of why people book these rooms. It's one of those rare spots where you don't have to choose between comfort and scenery.
Which area gives the best views from an in-room tub in Dubrovnik?+
Properties above Lapad Bay or on the slopes near Ploče tend to look out over open water, while those closest to the Old Town trade the sea panorama for terracotta rooftops and the city walls. Both are worth it, just different moods.
Are the tubs genuinely private, or shared with other guests?+
Every property we list here has the tub inside the suite or on a private terrace attached to it, so you won't be sharing with anyone you didn't arrive with.
