Hotel Machiavelli Palace
Florence, Italy · ★ 4.1 Exceptional B.Booking.com 8.1
Soak in a private hot tub overlooking the Duomo from your bathroom at this hotel with a private in-room hot tub in Florence.
The hot tub sits in your bathroom, but the real magic happens when you step onto the suite's private terrace. The Duomo's dome rises directly ahead, ochre and cream against the Tuscan sky. You'll soak in warm water with Florence spread below you, the city's terracotta roofs and distant hills framing the view. It's quiet up here, away from the crowds at street level. The terrace is furnished simply: loungers, potted herbs, a table for breakfast. The suites come in two versions, both with the same water feature and access to this view. Guests rate the experience 8.1 out of 10.

Questions, answered
Where exactly is the hot tub located?+
It's in your bathroom, but you'll also have a private terrace where you can step outside with the Duomo as your backdrop.
Can you really see the Duomo from the water?+
Yes. The dome is visible from the suite's private terrace, and it's one of the best views in Florence at this height.
Which neighbourhoods give the best views from an in-room tub in Florence?+
The historic centre delivers the most, with properties near Ponte Vecchio and the San Firenze area putting you within earshot of the city's heartbeat. A room above the roofline here means you're soaking with a genuinely old skyline in front of you, not a courtyard wall.
Are the tubs in these Florence suites actually private and in-room?+
Every property we list has been verified: the tub is inside your suite or on your private terrace, not a shared spa facility. That's the whole point of this directory, and we won't list a place if we can't confirm it.
