In most room types the hot tub sits on an outdoor terrace or balcony, and the photos confirm a direct line of sight to the Mykonos windmills and the Aegean. The Annex Building rooms also have outdoor hot tubs, but as they're in a separate building the view may not be identical, so it's worth checking when you book.
