You're in the tub, two flutes of something cold on the marble rim, and above you the raw tufa ceiling glows amber in the uplighting. It's a genuinely lovely room to be wet in. The jacuzzi sits raised on a marble plinth in the private bathroom, watched over by a pair of hand-painted Sicilian ceramic faces tucked into arched niches on the wall. It's playful and warm and very Italian.
