Hot tub on a private terrace with clear views of the Adriatic, steps from Split's beach and old town.
The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Spa Bath at Via Mare Luxury Rooms gives you your own jacuzzi on a private terrace overlooking the sea. You're right on the waterfront, so there's that particular quiet you get when you're soaking in hot water with nothing between you and the horizon but palms and sailboats. The terrace is genuinely private, set back from the shared lawn where other guests sunbathe under cream umbrellas. This is a hotel with a private in-room jacuzzi in Split that sits you steps from the beach and the old town's narrow streets, so you can slip between the water and the city easily. It's the kind of spot where you'll find yourself lingering longer than you planned, wine in hand, watching the light change on the water.

Questions, answered
Can you see the sea from the jacuzzi?+
Yes. The terrace overlooks the Adriatic directly, with clear sightlines to the water and the beach below.
How close is this to Split's old town?+
Very close. You're on the waterfront with the historic centre and Diocletian's Palace within easy walking distance.
Are the tubs actually private and inside the room, not shared or on a communal terrace?+
Every listing we include on this page has been verified as a private, in-room water feature, so you won't be sharing with other guests or booking a communal spa slot.
Which part of Split gives the best views from an in-room hot tub?+
Properties inside or immediately beside the Old Town walls, like Apartment Luxury Palace No1, tend to offer the most atmospheric outlook, with palace stonework and rooftop views rather than a car park or a modern street.
