Hot tub on a private balcony with sea views over Split's Adriatic coast.
The Deluxe Apartment at Villa Zvonko is a hotel with a private in-room hot tub in Split, set on a balcony that overlooks the Adriatic. You'll soak in turquoise water with the sea beyond, the old town rooftops to one side, and striped loungers waiting nearby. It's a two-bedroom place, so there's room to spread out; the balcony is spacious enough for both the tub and proper seating. The view is the real draw here, that sense of being perched above the city with nothing between you and the water.

Questions, answered
Can you see the sea from the hot tub?+
Yes. The balcony faces the Adriatic, and you've got an unobstructed view across the water and towards the islands beyond.
Is the balcony private to the room?+
Yes, it's a private balcony for the apartment, with the hot tub and lounging space all to yourself.
Are the tubs actually private and inside the room, not shared or on a communal terrace?+
Every listing we include on this page has been verified as a private, in-room water feature, so you won't be sharing with other guests or booking a communal spa slot.
Which part of Split gives the best views from an in-room hot tub?+
Properties inside or immediately beside the Old Town walls, like Apartment Luxury Palace No1, tend to offer the most atmospheric outlook, with palace stonework and rooftop views rather than a car park or a modern street.
