Casa Reale Boutique Hotel
Valletta, Malta · ★ 4.5 Exceptional B.Booking.com 8.9
Rooftop hot tub overlooking Valletta's golden dome and harbour, steam rising into Mediterranean blue.
Casa Reale's Suite with Hot Tub sits on a private terrace high above Valletta's old town, where you can sink into the water and watch the city's baroque skyline unfold in front of you. The hot tub itself is set on decking scattered with wooden loungers and potted plants, shielded enough to feel private but open enough to see the dome of the Co-Cathedral and the sea beyond. There's a hotel with a private in-room hot tub in Valletta, and this is it. It's the kind of place where you'll want to stay in the water longer than you planned, watching the light change across the stone buildings and the harbour traffic below. Guests rate it 8.9 out of 10.

Questions, answered
Can you see the city from the hot tub?+
Yes. The terrace looks directly over Valletta's rooftops, the Co-Cathedral dome, and the harbour. It's one of the main reasons to book it.
Is the terrace private?+
It's your own private space, though it's on the roof of the hotel. Potted plants and the layout give you a sense of seclusion while you're in the water.
Are the tubs genuinely private and inside the room?+
Yes, every property we list here has the tub within your own suite or on your private terrace, not in a shared spa. That's the whole point of the directory.
Which part of Valletta gives the best views from an in-room tub?+
Suites on the upper floors of properties facing Grand Harbour or Marsamxett give you water views that are hard to beat, so it's worth asking the hotel directly which rooms look outward before you book.
