Sinking into a hot tub while a canal laps quietly outside, and the last of the afternoon light turns the ceiling gold, is a particular kind of Venice that most visitors never find. All seven properties we list here give you that soak entirely to yourself, in your own room, away from the crowds on the bridges below. Hotels with a private in-room jacuzzi in Venice tend to occupy the kind of palazzi and converted residences where the architecture does half the work. The price range is wide, from around €125 to €620 a night, so there's a realistic option whatever your budget.

Questions, answered
Are the hot tubs and jacuzzis genuinely private, or shared with other guests?+
Every property we list here has the tub inside your suite or room, so it's yours alone for the duration of your stay. None of them are communal spa facilities.
Which part of Venice gives you the best views from an in-room tub?+
Properties along the smaller interior canals, like those in Castello and near the Riva degli Schiavoni, tend to offer the most atmospheric outlook without the foot traffic of the Grand Canal. Liassidi Wellness Suites sits in that quieter Castello pocket and is worth a look if the setting matters as much as the soak.
When is the best time of year to visit Venice if you want a good rate on a tub suite?+
November and early February sit in the sweet spot: the acqua alta season adds a certain drama, crowds thin out noticeably, and nightly rates at several of our listed properties dip closer to that €125 floor. Avoid Carnival week unless you've booked months ahead.
